Personnel
Operational Management
Our Regional Market Managers (RMM) and Field Support Managers (FSM) are individually responsible for managing client accounts, conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis, conducting business evaluations, supporting Clinical Allergy Specialists, hiring staff, and overseeing performance.
Customer Support Representatives
For general inquiries and issues, a dedicated CSR will be available to help remotely. Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your inquiry, your representative will call or email you back.
Trained UAS Staff On Site
Each Clinical Allergy Specialist completes more than 160 hours of training in addition to having a designated supervisor (FSM) for ongoing skill application and improvement (i.e., overcoming patient objections).
Access to Online Learning Modules
We provide up-to-date modules for the staff members of your practice to carry out tasks including education, allergy testing, prescription creation, and immunotherapy administration.
Continuing Education
Our staff members receive continual instruction and training on subjects including USP 797, HIPAA, OSHA, CPR, allergy management, and patient care.
Shift Coverage
When your resident Clinical Allergy Specialist is unavailable, we keep a pool of backup clinicians.
